So what pc you need to run Photoshop CS3?
Your pc can be Pentium 4,Intel Xeon or Intel Core Duo. This doesn't mean it won't work if you have an AMD i used it on AMD also and it work ok but Adobe the company that has made Photoshop recomends intel. Why? Don't know maybe because they are more stable than AMD computers.
You can run it on Windows XP (with Service Pack2) or On Vista (Home Premium, Buisness, Ultimate or Enterprise)
You need atleast 64mb Video Card.
You need 1GB of hdd space all the time + the space need for Photoshop Files when you install it , also i recomend having additional space free, because Photoshop has some features now that can use harddisk space if you are running out of RAM.
Your Desktop must be running at a resolution of 1.024*768 and atleast 16bit video .
DVDROM is needed so you can install the aplication.
The official requirments is telling us that we need atleast 512MB RAM, but i hardly advice you have atleast 1G RAM. The more RAM the better. Because when you will work with big filles and complex graphics you will see that you will need more and more RAM.
You will also need a internet connection so you can acces Stock Photos and other features , also for finding online help for it.
And for multimedia features you will need QuickTime 7 installed.
